Nice and short, but zero credibility for the extension. Last sale for a "dot net dot au" was back in 2017, you're talking 5 years ago (NameBio). It's a struggle, stick to credible extensions

All 2L .net.au reported sales went for 100-501$ between 2009-2012.
It's a tough one + what @jhm mentioned.

I planned to establish a small site as the people ask the question.Cant able to sell the expected price i reckon so developing is the only option for now;(
