The domain is a great keyword domain. The term "play free online games" was searched 110024 times at overture last month.
The site is running a copy of my online games script. (worth $40). This script has features to update the site via an admin panel. This makes updating the site very easy.
The site is getting around 40 uniques a day at the moment. Thats with little or no advertising. In my experience online gaming websites are always very easy to promote. If you have quality content people don't seem to forget you, and this site already has quality content.
There are currently over 180 games added to the site.
Adsense revenue is minimal. I can't be sure because i use the same account for all my sites, but the site wont be making much more than a few cents a day. I'm sure with a little bit of time promoting this site the adsense revenue will most certainly increase.
The site is hosted on my server at the moment. I have no problems keeping the site hosted there for a while to give the new owner a chance to find a new server. I will also help the new owner setup the site on there server.
