Unique online gaming website - loads of games.

The domain is at name cheap.
The site is running a copy of my online gaming script (worth $40) with over 130 games installed. The site has got a 100% unique design. The script allows you to add games via an online admin panel.
The site is currently getting around 50 unique a day. All the traffic is coming from link exchanges and google.
The site is also running a link exchange script coded by a friend of mine. This makes doing link exchanges with other sites very easy. There is an admin panel to add / remove / edit links etc.
I will consider offers over $100. The BIN price is set to $300. I am looking for a quick sale.
