Planted a tree thread.

I had always loved to plant the trees but somehow or other they don't live much and dies in some months. But I keep trying.

We have eco ribbons and all here and many of us have contributed. I think all of us do have a little bit space around our house where we can plant 1 more tree

Today I came online bit late. 30 mins I spent outside and planted 3 small mango plants Hoping they will grow into nice trees someday.

If you plant one tree then please post on this thread.

I had a mango tree in my garden too not planted by me but I do take care of it. It returns the favor by giving the sweetest mangoes you can ever imagine

Frank I think that does counts I am myself going to make a habit of not leaving my plants alone till they grow up

In 1980 I had a job with a landscaping contractor and planted thousands, one day I will go back and see how they developed. They were not conifers, somehow I do not think that those count so much. Oak, ash, beech and elm, similar long living trees are what we need most to improve the environment.

Yes. Exactly. I recently got my farmers license. I also got land from my grand father and dad. I am planning to plant many sag trees in them. It is quite an investment and I can keep it renovating over there.

I'm moving to Canada in a couple months, to live with my brother who currently works planting trees lol. He has a job lined up for me there , so woot! May i work as hard as possible! :P

I'd be glad to plant trees around here, except the ground is so darn rocky!! Took me seven tries to dig a hole for the mailbox post! We actually did try to plant a tree in our front yard and it took forever to get down just a few inches.. that tree still looks like a pitiful little twig sticking out of the dirt.
