PlanetHoster renewed my domain 20 days earlier

I asked them refund but they refused it. Which ICANN form should I use to report them.

did you have auto renewal on - if so., you should of disabled it

Their Registration agreement says they will automatically renew 15 days before expiry- not 20, so are you 100% sure it was 20 days and not 15?

If it was 20 days I would point out to them their own T&C's and see what they say, if you have not already done this......
