This is a new online site for renting a pink limo in the United States which has been built with Adsense as way of monetization.
Custom header design and custom intro video on the homepage.
Lots of city terms ranked on page 1 Google US for pink limo rental + city name (or variations). Many double first page listings.
Example top 10 ranking with double listing: pink limo rental columbus ohio
There are many more like that.
Even though the site is new it's already getting organic traffic from Google.
Insert your Adsense code and start earning. This niche has high cpc's. Some cities have $4+ cpc.
I haven't added Adsense as I don't have an account and I've heard you can be waiting months for approval so there are no earnings to report, so only good for someone who already has an account.

I sold a site without revenue for over $300 on Flippa a few years ago so $65 is a bargain for a custom made site with rankings and traffic.
