Established Money Earning PR4 Adsense site

Up for grabs is my only Adsense site I have. I bought the site at the start of this year thinking I could put the time into it needed to fully monetize it. Unfortunately off-line matters such as Uni consume more of my time which on it’s turn is the reason for me selling it.

The site has three well integrated Adsense zones along with a custom appealing design. Topic of the site is relationships and does pretty well. It only needs someone who can attract more traffic to it. I have already submitted some of the articles into various directories and got accepted into them.

All of the site are static pages, only thing that needs to be changed are the adsense codes, which is really easy to do with e.g. Dreamweavers built-in search & replace.
