PicUploader.com - How do I get traffic???

Hello all.
Well I started up picuploader.com (obviously an image hosting site lol) 7 days ago, and im getting about 70 uniques per day (on bad days)... I've submitted it to about 75 directories (ive counted them, and all were PR3 or more) so i'm wandering, how can I get this site noticed etc for free...

I've tried picking the keywords i thought would be good using the overture tool, and tried putting ALT tags on images as it has been suggested...

So far i think ive tried almost everything that I can think of...

SO , im wandering, how do you people think that i could get this site noticed at no cost (or a small amount). Also, where would you reccomend me doing paid advertisement (whats the best site to do it on for cheap).

lol well i guess im asking for the impossible!!! But its worth a try i suppose.

You most likely will not get search engine traffic that fast based on those keywords. There are too many other sites with the same purpose and keywords. It also takes time to develop your ranking.
You could try posting on forums, advertising on other websites through reciprocal linking.
