hi guys and girls,

I got an email from someone saying they are interested in buying picknstick They asked if it cost much, which says to me that they probably don't want to spend a lot. How much do you think I should sell it for. I was actually thinking of developing it myself into a children's site, where kids pick up objects and stick them on the canvas and they can print them out.

I'm a designer by the way, and so I could do this!

Any thoughts, would be greatly appreciated?

Really? Oh well then I definetly wouldn't sell it. I would just develop it.

The game "pick n stick" was used quite a lot when I was a child.

No there was pick n stick as well, it was basically like a felt board and the characters were made out of felt as well and you could stick them on the board. They stuck easily to the board because they were made out of felt.

it looks like the trademark "pick n stick" is dead, good news!

hmmm I'm not sure now, as I have seen picknstick been used on a lot of things online. Like as children's games, where you pick up objects and place them on the board. I wonder if they can claim that as a trademark. When I looked up the trademark database I couldn't see the name been used. I had been "dead" for a few years.

Can someone else claim the name because they have already used it as a game online?
