I was hoping to get an idea of the value of this domain. But mostly I was thinking about developing it as a social site any thoughts tips or advice would be appreciated greatly.

Misspelling or "tweaking" brandable names usually only works when it's one word, (Flickr, Fiverr, etc.)

If you have the development and marketing skills to get this domain noticed, then that's your call.

If it were me, I would grace delete, imo.
