Hi, here is a design I put together for my new phpbb3 site.

Firstly, the site loads extremely slow. I don't know if it is just my computer or if you have that as well.

The site's header is simply amazing! I love the look of it. Also, I would say get a favicon and change the title of the site from itchy Portal to just itchy.tv. The background on your site also has quite a bit of white. I would almost suggest making the background that blue color and changing the boxes to a different color. Right now it feels like there is too much color in the middle and not enough on the outside.

Loads very slow for me as well. I, for one, love the colors.
