PHPBB2 - Very Basic Design/Coding

I need a VERY basic designed phpbb2 skin. It will need to fit....http://di-gaming.com. So preferabbly the same header. As for the body it can be all CSS if you want, I honestly do not care. It just needs to look decent and fit that site.

Budget is low, very low. Cheapest person will get the job. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
