PHPBB2 skin help needed!

I'm in urgent need of someone familiar with PHPBB2 and css. I need my forum integrated into my site's look & feel. I tried doing it myself and suceeded in doing the header and footer but the main content area is out of my range. I just ended up goofing up the css when attempting it alone. So...I'm looking for someone that can start from scratch. I'll provide the original skin files and source from my sites main page. No graphic work needed. I just need the template refitted to my sites dimensions, header & footer added, and text/links color matched.

If you click on the forum link in the header you can see the unsuccessful direction I was headed.
