PHPBB User Pruning?

Is there a way to prune a user after a set amount of time? I was hoping there is something that I could specify after a year of not posting that it would remove the user. Also, does anyone know any good birthday mods? I was hoping for something like VBulletin does. Until the site takes off I really don't want to pay to switch over.

Any help would be greatful.

That has both the prune users after xxx days (specified in admin panel)
and the birthday mod.

You can find them both on phpbb.com too but they're both written by the same guy so I thought I'd link to his page instead.
