PhpBB Multi Forums with subdomains script

Anyone know any phpBB Multi Forums with subdomains script that i can get for free what i mean by multi forums with subdomains is you know how they signup and you do this like you have a long name

www.yourodomain.com/forum and all these letters i want something that make you signup with subdomains like yourname.yourdomain.com

Also i want to know is there one who gives ftp access to so they can change thier logo

Ok, the second, does it make links such as, forum.php?forum=forumname?

If so, you might be able to make them into sub domains using .htaccess / Mod Rewrite.

Mod rewrite would be easy, google is your friend . Also you would have to do some heavy modification and have root access to do wildcard dns to allow sub.domain.com.

your best bet would be http://www.sebflipper.com/?page=scripts_mfp_phpbb but as stated above it is not free. There are 2 mods if I remember correctly on their forums for subdomains and the best of the 2 requires wildcard dns.

Regarding wishing to allow access to ftp so they can change the logo, this is certainly not advisable. There is a banner mod (not very aptly named I agree) that I made on the forums and there is another mod that can do it which has a fee (extreme styles mod). Both of these allow the admin to change the logo via the admin panel.

The main problem however with seb's script is the lack of support from him although some users on the forum did help a fair amount when needed. I believe he does still release a patch/new version when phpbb releases a new version so you can always use the latest version of phpbb.
