Phpbb tutorials

can anyone supply me with a tutorial on how to customise phpbb forums. I need to change the logo, change the colours etc. Also need to know how to incorporate adsense into the posts and into the board in general. And how to run my own banners across the main areas of the forum

It depends on where you want those adverts to be...

i want ads at the top of the forum and at the bottom just above log in and adsense within the posts

you can make the ads on the template-> header file
