go to the folder that contains phpbb...

than to the templates directory...by default phpbb has the
"subsilver theme" installed....if u are using this theme
or any other it's all the same....

find for index_.tpl ...than u place the code there....

** but there is a worm (virus) going around..that really affects phpbb...
perl_santy is the name....so watch out for that...get the latest update patch from phpbb **
