Does anyone have this installed on their forum?

I seem to have done something that stops the users from being able to view the forum. If you goto www.theshutter.co.uk you won't be able to see any forums. There are forums, but only logged-in administrators can see them! Why is this? Can anyone help me? (not even logged-in registered users can see the forums, only the admin!)
