Can anyone tell me where I put the meta tags in a phpBB forum? So many files I'm not sure where. Please help....

you can put them in overall_header.tpl you will of course have to edit each template tho.

then obviously there is no need to update any other template, you cant update something that doesnt exist

I think u can also put metatags in index.php not sure tho
