PHPADS password reset?

I forgotm y username and password for phpads..since i havent logged in for almost a year:p and i cant find anyway to either reset it or find out what it is..i tried looknig at the mysql database..buh it has no username there:S pretty weird...does anyone know what to do?

I presume it's in the Database, look for a password field, in the DB, possibly under "users" or something similar.

I think it is in the users table.
