PHP programmer wanted -

I am looking for at least one PHP programmer to work on a few things. Please read through what I'm looking for before contacting me. I'm sure I will get too many responses to reply to those that cannot read what I write, ok?

- I would prefer to work with someone that is interested in being a partner. Most people won't want to do this, since you have to work for no money to get things going. It's a good way to get used, abused, and ripped-off, but I will not do that to anyone. I have a number of ideas I think are good and unique and we can share in the profits by putting our talents together. I can provider references, no problem. I can even advance you some money on future earnings if that would help to build trust.

In addition to the basic ideas for new sites I can also provide some programming and beta testing. I can also take care of the management, customer service, and marketing. I currently have an Internet consulting business that I have been running for about 6 years now. I may be old enough to be your grandfather...!!!

- If you will only work for pay, that may be ok, but I don't have lots of money, so you will have to work pretty cheaply, and we will have to agree on the what the budget will be as much as we can.

- PHP newbies and beginning programmers are ok, but don't waste my time if you don't want to work and become a world-class programmer. If you want to have your own programming business, I can help you develop and market it and if you do well you can stop working with me if you want. This is one thing I can offer in return for your hard work.

Update: I am starting to work with one partner on an email spam solution.

I have a few other programers that I am waiting to hear back from, but would like to hear from more programmers. I am still looking for those that would be interested in a partnership arrangement where we share in the work and the profit, but I would like to hear from programmers that are not too expensive.

If there is something that you need to post about, that is fine. But I am no longer going to reply or PM those that cannot be bothered to read what I have written. This is because in a programming project, communication is very important.

If you can't read and understand what I have written, please ask questions, otherwise I think we will have problems trying to work on a project together. I hope you understand and that this makes sense.
