[Need PHP Programmer]

Hey,

I need a php programmer to work on a points system for my game.

Basically what i want is:

When players donate via paypal, i will manually send them the points

If a user referrs another use, they get 1 point.

It costs 1 point for $xx,xxx money

So there are 2 ways to get money
by referring plays,
and by purchasing them
