Ok so basically what I want is a young php expert who has the drive and the desire to help me on a continuing basis. There are two parts to this.
#1 I will use the programmer for jobs for my clients and will pay them for their work as we go along
#2 I would also like to build some developments of my own, which i will aquire premium domains and have the ideas for and will give the programmer an interest in the developments without having to spend any of their own money to build a network of sites that are hard to sell themselves. Basically you are giving up some programming in exchange for work on the sites in which you will have written contractual interest in.
I prefer someone that is just getting into development but has extensive PHP experience by doing their own programming or whatever.
You must be based in the US, this is non negotiable so if you are in india, china, or kalamazoo don't even ask because I will not negotiate on this.
You must also be over 18 years of age, this is non negotiable as ownership of sites and responsibilities of professional business people require the ability to be responsible for your actions and minors are not.

If you have experience in HTML/CSS or any other programming languages as well that would be a big plus, as well as familiarity with CMS's and implementation of such.
