PHP/Nuke programmer needed

I am looking for someone that is able to build a new module for a website very similiar to www.omahastars.com . A little information about what I am doing with this website... I am building a website that will mostly automate the process of Staking people that play online poker. People that want stakes, and people that want to stake others will use this website.

This module will be called Staking and it will need to be able to:

First off the stake details will be listed in a specific forum-

*Allow players to start Stakes
*Allow people to search open Stakes
*Allow player to request a private Stake
*Allow a backer to buy the Stake
*Allow stake to be offered in shares totalling a specific sum

Also when a backer buys the stake from the player he needs to transfer the funds via his poker account- the status of the stake will pending until the player verifies the funds are transfered then the player closes the stake. Once the player is finished playing and either wins/loses he will initiate the next stage of the Stake buy transfering wins or if he loses the stake is closed and is availiable for an ADMIN to officailly close the stake for good.

-I also need the players/backers Stakes to be in there account page and public profile.
-I need all this information to be tracked through and admin control panel.

I know this is involved and sounds complicated but im sure it can be done in some manner similiar to whats described above. Anyone interested I will need to speak with you by phone to clarify what exactly needs to be done. Estimate time and cost of such a project please and we will go from there, references and/or portfolio needed please. THANK YOU!

-I'm not really sure on how long a job like this will take, I will come to an arrangement on an hourly bases on whomever convinces me they are capable.

-I would prefer to work with someone who is familiar with poker and is aware of what a stake is. No offense to those who don't, I will have a lot less expaining to do this way.

-It needs to be integrated into the website of course.

Well, I'm a web designer not a gambler player of course.
I know a little Texas Hold 'em Poker.
I wanted to know whether there is an integration for the poker game and the module or not.
The one that I can create for you is a module, allowing people to stake, search for open stakes, request private stake, and other things you required, developed by PHP and a database(that would be MySQL), and you can manage, edit settings, ... in your admin panel.
