Website idea require web designer

I have an idea for a very simple webpage.

You will need:

The ability to make a single page website.
Have knowledge of rates to charge for sponsored links.

Also it would be useful if:

You have experience with sponsored link contracts.
Have knowledge of spreading the word on the web.

I am not offering payment, but a 30% stake in the website for continued development and administration support of the website.
