NameStakes.com was dropped this month and I was lucky enough to pick it up. I've thought about creating a domain fund where you collect revenue domains under the "fund" and the revenue is split amongst the people who have a stake in it. For example, 100 people each pay $100 for a stake in NameStakes.com and then that money would buy $10,000 of revenue domains and the return is split amongst the Stakeholders.

So now that you know the plan, can I get some opinions on the domain value both when developed and undeveloped? Thanks!

Cheers,
Kris

I dont see any value in the domain undeveloped, your plan sounds good... but unfortunately your idea has been launched a dozen times and failed to deliver....

good luck

Thanks for the opinion MIR, I wouldn't mind checking out one of the previous failures. I've got some ideas and I love marketing so who knows!

I also just read over the Unofficial NP Domain Appraisal Guide and It gave me the idea to ask for:
  • Appraised End-User or Developed Value:
  • Appraised Reseller Value; and
  • What Would You Personally Pay? (not a real offer)
So all appraisals are welcome but If you can throw in the above information, it would be the most useful! Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Kris
