PHP/MySQL programmers to outsource work to

Ok, so I've reached a point where I need to offload some work to another, or group of, programmer(s). It will be all PHP/MySQL work, you'll need to be experienced obviously in PHP and MySQL, Javascript (particularly jQuery), CSS and HTML is a plus but not required.

All work will be done in a framework, either Zend Framework, Symfony, CakePHP or CodeIgniter, it's your choice but you need to have some experience in one of these frameworks (or be willing to learn one) as work may be continued by another programmer.

I don't mind where you're from as long as you can keep deadlines and produce well-documented code in one of the above frameworks, in fact offshore work may be preferred. Price will vary per-project and will depend on your experience.
