Looking to outsource

I'm currently looking for a PHP/MySQL programmer to outsource some work to in the future. I'm a developer myself and anticipate a heavier than usual workload soon and I'm therefore looking for another programmer or team of programmers to develop any sites I cannot manage. You will have to sign a contract and I will still handle all payment and communication for the client, you will almost act as an employee.

I don't have the work lined up yet but I'm looking to gain some interest now and I'll get back to you if/when work is available. I don't mind where you're based but obviously the more local, the better (I'm UK based) but I'm accepting applicants from everywhere and please bear in mind that, depending on the amount of work available, I may hire more than one person.

Please PM or post with average quotes or quotes for work previously done and some examples of previous work would be good, please note this is for PHP/MySQL programming, design work is irrelavant.
