Php bb ban websites

Hi,

I am getting a huge amount of spam users sign up to one of my forums.

I would like users not to be able to add thier URL?

Does anybody know how I can do this in PHPBB?

Define "spam users"

Have you got the image verification option on for registrations? That's an option in the admin panel.

Do you allow posting without regging? - there's a mod which turns on image verification for guest posting so guests have to do it every time they want to post.

OR, is it humans signing up and spamming - assuming image verification is turned on.


Post here again if you've already enabled the image verification on registration and I'll try and find a mod for you.

Yeah the .ru website spam for phpbb is tremendous right now.
