Request for "Music Community" Script (PHP Based)

Does anyone know of a decent Music Community script? It should have featured such as:

1). PHP Based
2). Allow users to sign up as Artists
3). Allow users to upload music/edit profile
4). Allow downloads and (if possible) streaming of music

I am aware of a script called Jamroom (see jamroom.net), except its much too pricey for me. I don't mind spending a little bit, maybe $50 to $100 all up. Otherwise, any free solutions you might have are best

And yes... I searched online for such scripts BEFORE posting here, I'm not being lazy I just am having trouble finding one which has the above features I need.

Perhaps there isn't a free one, and you're just going to have to pay for it. Have you tried hotscripts.com?

PG Social Networking allows to upload music and show it embedded on a page. It might suit your niche. It’s PHP and You can change user types as Artist in language files. Though it might be a bit pricey for you, but you get a fully functional script with a set of latest features in the industry.

there are many resource have using cms open source script with in customeable themes off course... The best thing that i will tell you now is joomla and wordpress event it may takes more effort... but i thing it willing great for a long time....
