Website is Photoshop Tutorials directory which also have own tutorials.
Domain name registered at GoDaddy.
Registration date: 12/10/2006
Expire: 12/11/2006

Site hasn't been promoted for couple months. I've also didn't write any tutorials for couple months.
All tutorials listed on site has been submited by others or writed by myself.
11 tutorials has been listed on Good-Tutorials.com which generated 109.049 clicks to date just from this website.
Those tutorials are listed also on other big sites.

Current traffic ( site not promoted ) varies from 12.000 to 22.000 unique visitors a month.

Revenue from Adsense

January 2006 : $412.95
February 2006 : $211.90
March 2006 : $226.59
April 2006 : $112.93
May 2006 : $89.87
June 2006 : $86.83
July 2006 : $50.79
August 2006 : $53.32
September 2006 : $54.17
Total revenue from Adsense January-September 2006 : $ 1,299.35

Site also generate some revenue from selling text links, about $15 - $25 / month.
As you can see, writing just 3-4 tutorial per month can generate nice revenue from this site.

I will consider all bids but I reserve right to not sell this website if I will not get bid which will satisfy me.

I was writing 3-4 Photoshop Tutorials per month and submiting them to sites like Good-Tutorials, Pixel2Life etc.

I have no end date in mind right now, want to first see how it will go.

It's not running on CMS. Own tutorials are created on simple php file. To create new tutorial you'll need to create separate file. You can use one as a template and only change text of the tutorials on it.
Tutorials listed on index page are stored in MySQL database, to add new one you'll just need to create new record in database.
