This established Photoshop tutorials website is over two years old and has over 1,000 tutorials in its database. It is currently PR4 but was PR5 before the last update. It has a very basic, custom CMS used to approve tutorials that have been submitted, modify tutorials, and delete ones that might be broken.

Earlier this year, I received an $800 offer and an $850 offer via the contact form on the website.

Lately it has been averaging $0.40 per day from AdSense but used to average $0.60 per day before I removed the ads from the framed tutorials. I haven't done much to monetize the site but I'm sure it's capable of more than it's making.

Lately I have been approving batches of 10 or so every few weeks. I used to approve them daily but I've been slacking lately. New tutorials are submitted to the site daily from various authors of Photoshop tutorial sites. It only takes a few hours a week to keep the site up to date.
