I'm selling my fairly new site, because of found needs on my other projects!

1 month ++ old! I just had an idea on how to get allot of webmaster/new webmaster traffic and it really works! I bout the site content most of it from 1 guy 30 tutorials in a database, i haven't submitted those to any tutorial directories! I got in touch with few writers and they wrote some new tutorials for me that i pay them for so the site content is worth about 100USD.
I allso bouth here on DP 6000 Articles and 1 article submitter!
(What i was planing is to rewrite those, cause of google they track similar content pages, rewrite them and submit them to articles sites, witch are GREAT TRAFFIC and TARGETED!)
What you get:
Domain: skilltuts.com (PR4 - http://www.checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=skilltuts.com&links=1) page rank is valid!
All the content including those 6000articles!
Revenue: Jan (Google Adsense: 61USD - Fastclick used it 2 weeks: aprx 10USD)
For the fastclick you can easy make x2 times that just add more banners to the site, i didt want to do that cause then it would have TO MUCH ADS!!!
