Due to some other projects consuming my time I'm thinking of letting go.www.webdesignforum.co.uk. Its a photoshop tutorial slash resource site. When you do update it makes great revenue a month. It gets about 50 people a day. Making about $15.00 dollars a month with google. When I was updating it was making couple hundred monthly. Also I have made about $200.00 dollars when I had a refferal link for a webhosting company. Please post bids or contact me on a buy it now. I'm not sure on a total price but please pm me your offers.

Custom Design and all tutorials were created by me. Wordpress intergrated so updating is very easy.
If someone was to add some banners they could easily make some more revenue. Last photoshop site I had was www.psdtuts.com so I know these can be huge.
