Photoshop Logo Designer Wanted

I would like to start a logo design company with another member at namepros. I already have a domain, no hosting. I design logos in flash, and have worked up a decent portfolio. I see flash logos and photoshop logos differently. It seems to me that photoshop logos have a more professional feel. Where as flash, doesn't. I would like the person to have AIM so we can talk easily. It would also be nice to see some work of his/hers. I will send you some of my designs as well.
