The Date for Sex.com makes sense.

In 1994, entrepreneur Gary Kremen (now the CEO of Grant Media, LLC) registered sex.com with Network Solutions (NSI). He did not develop a site. In October 1995, NSI transferred the domain to Stephen M. Cohen,

It is a good name, but comparing it to the creation date of Sex.com is irrelevant. Many of those initial dates are off. A more relevant date would be 2000. Which is when PhoneSex.com was registered.

That being said it is still a great domain. I would guess it would go for somewhere in the $X,XXX range.

I was not making any debate on the date for value wise. A name is only as good as the person behind it marketing it. I was just posting history information

I would think the price its in the eyes of the beholder. To me it would be worth low to mid XXX.xx but to the right person it can be worth low to mid XXXX.xx
