Pheenix Not Refunding Money - Completely Unresponsive

    Hi all. I've read thru some threads out there. I see a lot of people giving grief for anyone not knowing to stay away from Phenix these days. I haven't used them in a long time but I still have $56 deposited to their account that was never used. I opened a request to refund my balance and I haven't heard from anyone. My support ticket has been out there since September and nobody has responded. I've tried emailing them and contacting the owner but nobody is responding at all. $56 is a lot for me especially during these covid times since I lost my job. This is so irresponsible of them to be so uncaring.
