The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. This site has a unique layout. I was going to develop this into a big fansite, but I realized that I don't have the time.
With some work at finishing up the site, this could be a successful site that would likely bring in nice revenue. The game was just announced, and is the first Zelda game for the Nintendo DS. Huge fan base!
