Based off Google Keyword tool this is a fairly highly searched term, I would appraise at the minimum xxx$, without knowing exact traffic stats. This term could easily be made into a very profitable website using Adsense, leaving with endless profit possibilities.

Although a .net but still a good domain. With the number of searches done per month it can be a profitable site if you develop it right and do the seo work. I would suggest that you build the site, put a lot of content and write articles to help people increase the credit scores etc etc. And then put adsense and credit report related affiliate program links from CJ and You can probably make decent money. Some of the credit reports have on going monthly recurring billing so you can get paid monthly residuals on those. Good Luck

Personal Credit Report dot net - In my opinion, I wouldn't invest in it unless I simply wanted to have a shot at making some AdSense revenue, not to say it couldn't be branded, but it's a little too generic in the phrasing to remain memorable. Worth the reg fee + however long it's been registered perhaps.

I think you should be able to get high $xx-low $xxx at least. It's a nice keyword domain.
