Pending Delete date Vs WhoIS

Hi, expireddomains .net shows best .xyz end date is 24th April 2022. WhoIS shows it was updated on 20th March 2022.

If the domain is already renewed on 20th March 2022, then why expired domains shows 24th April 2022?

Updated doesn’t mean renewed. It still shows it is expired and in redemption period. Would be surprised if this isn’t picked up at auction.

Also redemption period is 45 days right?
