Just picked up back up on domaining as a hobby. It's kinda early to know if the .online will have any real value but I did register this one. Any ideas on development or parking?

Develop it into a white label site at first obviously in the pediatrician niche/sector and then you can find some potential buyers (again, obviously pediatrician(s) or people/companies interested in pediatrics)...

Nice pick up, I'd get the plural form as well.

Yes you're right it's too early to tell how .online will do now, but the early bird catches the worm.

high $xx to reseller, mid to high $xxx to end-user atleast

Didn't think about the plural form at the time, now I see how it could be valuable with the both of them in the same hands. I'm not very good at development but the keyword pediatrician seems pretty popular. I guess a directory for pediatricians or a help website for parents to ask pediatricians questions....

You could also pay/outsource someone/someco to develop it, you know, making money within making money.. xD Good luck.
