Just picked this one up. Looking for some insight on value as undeveloped or developed. 40,500 exact searches. Any thoughts on development ideas? Thanks

Very limited development, not a strong keyword. You'd be lucky to get reg fee for it IMO. If you've got to ask for development ideas, it is a sign that the name isn't strong.

It's very very hard to find an end user for this, i think he should find you, and the odds here are something like 1/1000 or 1/10000.
I dont think it has any developement potential as a domain.
This name may bought by a company who want to advertise their products, if they already use this name as a brand. Check for developed "cone" on other tld`s, there you can take a real sign if there is really a chance for this. Good luck.

Thanks for the response guys. I appreciate it. Im already looking into companies which use cone in their brand names. I found a company called Cone Communications. Looks interesting.
