.PE registrar

I'm just looking to reg. a few keywords with this extension.

Anyone know any registrar for .PE besides nic.pe? I cannot read Spanish so I don't know what Nro de Documento mean and what kind of document they are looking for to reg. a name.

Any place around $50 would be great. And how long does it take to get the name?

I think they are just asking for some ID number. You can use a SSN or a tax ID of some sort, as long as you have the documents to back up (if they ever ask).
I don't know if there are accredited registrars for the extension. At nic.pe the cost is approx $40.
