About .Pe and .Pk

I am very interested in registering domains with extension .Pe and .Pk, but I have no idea where to start.

They both seems to offer English version of website, but I couldn't provide a local ID nor Tax Paying Number for the application.

Are there any domain registrar offering Proxy services for these two domains?
Or could any namepros member help? Thanks a lot.

Btw is it possible for registering second level domain for .pe? I can see only third level. Thanks again.

What Tax form? http://www.pknic.net.pk . there wasnt any uhmm tax form necessary to fill out. payment is by paypal.

i have no clue about .pe but .pk costs more than a reg. domain and it is new haven't seen any recent sales of these domains, so i won't buy alot of them

Actually they are related to a name of a person (initials)
therefore I am after them so much

I need to register a .com.pe domain too. I was looking at the .pe nic today and the regulations look pretty heavy. I also noticed that some americans who had recently registered .com.pe domains had had them suspended. I don't think this was due to non payment as I know that a couple had heavy traffic.

I also need info. on registering Chile/Argentina/Mexico/Colombia domains and whether there is a proxy service.

Hm... does nic.pe offer second level domains? I only can see people posting about .com.pe instead of 2nd level .pes...
