I need to loosen up some cash and looking to sell this domain.I had posted this domain earlier and had received several offers with $34k as highest and one $22.5k offer and $22k offer here as well.

I have been inactive in domain industry for last year but the last time this domain was parked, it was earning $5-$7/day por $1.7k yearly. Anything that this domain earns is a good bonus, but I am selling purely based on its quality letters.

Selling below the highest offer received earlier as I do need to sell.

It is a little suspicious an alexa rnak of 6 mil domain is not resolving and you're not telling us traffic stats...
Probably would make at least XX a day.

Bassel, I am sure you have good intentions, but please make sure you got the facts right before claiming that I am not the owner.

I will transact via Escrow.com and domain name will be transferred to buyer before they release funds. Buyer must be at least few months old and have some ratings here.

It was a 1 page site a year ago and hosting account was canceled,and as you can see from my posting activity, I have not been activity online at all. I searched for old stats and this is what I could find:

Its making less than XX a day as you estimated, more so about $7-8 a day

BUT I am not selling based on traffic or revenue - this is pure high quality 3 letter domain.

Couple of members already called me up and confirmed. If the buyer would like to do extra checks, I can have a tech set up a website before initiating Escrow. As mentioned I have not been active online from over a year a now and as of now I do not have hosting service to show you a website.
