PayPal Virtual MasterCard

I decided to try out the Paypal virtual debit card, since my debit card expired and I didn't renew the new one, so they canceled it. It works great, although it only works in IE. I just wish it gave me my 1.5% cashback like my regular card did. Oh well, until it comes in the mail, it looks like I'll be paying virtually.

So, I know this has been posted before, but I just wanted to emphasize the fact that even if all you have is a Paypal account, you are no longer excluded from buying things that require a credit card.

I've been thinking about getting the PayPal Plus Credit Card so I can shop on site that only accept credit card. But I am not familiar with credit cards? What are the fees?

Paypal Plus and Paypal Debit are completely different. The debit card can be used everywhere credit cards are accepted, but it takes the funds directly from your paypal account (or you can link you bank account to it). The credit card is just that, you can spend as much as your credit limit allows, then need to pay them back over time.

As far as the fees go, you can only access the terms and conditions from the application page, so I attached a .zip file with a .pdf in it that has all of the terms. (See bottom of message to download)

Yes, it can be used wherever Mastercard is accepted, which should be pretty much every registrar.
