So they will release a new gadget and with it’s help, Paypal will read VeriSign’s security key and will prevent scammers from acting and stealing your money.The gadget will generate a password valid for 30 seconds, so without having it in hand, it will be impossible to access your account and send funds. This is a great plus for paypal, mostly that the key fob will only cost $5."

Only $5. If you use it quite a bit that is a really good idea. I don't think I would have a use for it though. I don't use it nearly enough.

I read it was free to business account holders, I believe to accept credit / debit cards you need a business or premier account so most ebay users I guess fit into this category

Good news indeed, any online service dealing with money needs additional security. username/passwd just won't do it anymore ...
