PayPal Error

Hi all, yesterday i was trying to send money to a recipient however he rejected the payment because he said i had sent to the wrong email address.

So transaction was cancelled. I tried to resent the funds to the correct email but at the paypal site i keeping getting this error msg:

"this payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time"

Doesn't happen just once, when i tried to send funds to my hosting site. Same thing happens.

Paypal said its security issue.

Anybody knows when i can make the next transaction? Its been more than 16 hours since i last tried to make an transaction which was unsuccessful.

Anybody experiencing the same thing? What is ur solution?

contact support immediately or the next time you login you will see on first screen the reason and the action you needed to accomplish to continue your transactions.

I got paid by someone by paypal just now,....
so its not the same for everyone...
you need to contact the support center and ask them .....

maybe u should try to send to another paypal account to check is your account got some problem or destination paypal account got some problem

The problems lies with my paypal.. I called them..they say its system security issue that is why i can't make transaction for the time being and not able to tell me how long will my acc be unfreeze.

In my opinion, i think that is a pretty lame excuse.

I was having problems with paypal as well yesterday. Except I don't know if the problem was with my account or the recipient's account.

This really sucks as most of my deals were call off because of their system security issue. And they did not imformed me of anything until i called them.

This sounds bad.
Some people are still receiving payments and other are not, is that correct?
