PayPal site problem today!

Paypal problem

It won't let me reg a name!

Tried with two registrars now, here's the error on domainsite:

ERROR
We were unable to authorize the transaction. Please contact support regarding this issue and include all information shown on this page. (2)

Stupid Paypal. if I miss out on this name, I'm gonna be so pissed!!!

I'm seeing RED already!

Anyone know what the error means? My email's been confirmed for years.

in my opinion paypal sucks so do many ppl say that use it but they cant leave paypal because there is no other good option btw did u check may be u paid him twenty times the payment went through and may be paypal gave u error while the payment went through every time i hope this doest happen

So, you are saying PP sucks, but there is no other good option, so the leader in the internet transaction field sucks? That is slightly contradictory, no?

If I am wrong in assuming that is what you meant, then sorry, I'm not fluent in all this chat speak stuff with the "u" and "i" and "btw".

Bottom line is that Paypal is becomming more and more limited everyday. My understanding is they have even opened up their books to the IRS, have always increasing fees, and limit certain transactions, and do not protect their members from virtual good transactions. I see huge limitations in the way paypal does business, however I do not have the capital to start my own! However, I own a domain name that would be great for it - MoneyZip.com (in my opinion anyway).

ahhh well... anyone wanna back me with a few million? i'll give you a nice alternative!

I believe what he was trying to say is that although PayPal are the leader in their field, that they are still poor in the service that they offer.

The old saying 'the best of a bad bunch' springs to mind.

Haha, had exact same problem. I addeed another email, confirmed that one, and then switched primary back and forth till it worked

Anyhow, I agree with you 100%. PayPal loves to limit peoples accounts as well. They are not a good company and they have many haters (for a reason!)

Just made a payment and no problems whatsoever ...

I have been using them for over a year no, never had problems with them and always received a prompt reply when asking a question.

I got a second batch of emails from Domainsite earlier - so in total, I tried to reg the domain 18 times, just at Domainsite!

Never give in though, it'll work eventually!

Btw, I've used PayPal for many-many years and never had a single problem with them.

For anybody else experiencing this same problem, you can solve it (at least temporarily) by adding a NEW email address to your account, and then confirming that one.
