PayPal eft didn't received

I had withdrawed from paypal to india two times but the first time i recieved in 1 day and the second time from april 24 i havent recieved still now
I have contacted to paypal last these 15 days and they said that they had completed and i have to contact bank or may cancel the transaction
I had went to the bank manager and contacted but they said havent recieved money and he also contacted to the mumbai canara bank branch where the foreign currency comes but no response or nothing
I have only the tracking number of paypal which shows in my account

In the end i had faxed to them 1-402-537-5750 for cancellation and later 1 day i contacted about the situation they said they didnt recieved my fax and given a new number 08707 307 199, with this new number i tried in different fax centers and they said the number is not working.I had mailed today regarding this fax
I have never had a problem with any payment processor or adsense checks or with xoom

does any body tells me how to track the transaction of full details from paypal transaction id
any helpful thoughts will be appreciated
